    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect watch, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures.

  • Exchange Option:
    You may request an exchange for another design or model, subject to stock availability.

  • Non-Returnable Cases:
    Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, damaged after delivery, or missing original packaging.

  • Shipping Charges:
    Delivery charges are non-refundable. The cost of sending the product back for return or exchange will be borne by the customer.

  • Refund Process:
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 working days.
