Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items received.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item with photo evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, used, or altered.
• Items without original packaging or tags.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
